Before you can figure out how much time you need to study for one topic, you first need to determine the level of difficulty of every subject based on your abilities. For instance, if you are studying for an aptitude test, it stands to reason that basic subjects will be covered, i.e. Math, Language, Science, etc.
You then have to rank these subjects according to how difficult they are for you to comprehend. If you are weak in numbers and strong in Language, Math should be first on the list while Linguistics will be last. While it is best to stick with the study plan you devised, there is nothing wrong with taking a breather every few hours or so just to let your mind relax. Most people can read continuously for about 3-4 hours before their concentration breaks but make sure you do not push yourself too much otherwise you will likely lose the momentum.
